New Town Leaders Institute
A "standing-room-only" crowd of newly elected (and returning) town leaders gathered recently at the State Capitol for COST's biennial New Town Leaders Institute. Participants received advice from veteran municipal officials during the "Pearls of Wisdom" panel, guidance on town funding opportunities from a grants expert, information about state government resources from a top official at OPM and guidance about their role in the legislative process from a select group of state legislators.
