The Connecticut Council of Small Towns is THE strong voice for grassroots local government and the state's 139 smaller municipalities. COST's "Action Central" is a powerful online tool for keeping track of the member's legislative priorities adopted by the membership during Connecticut's Town Meeting. COST's "Action Central" also provides members with a dynamic e-lobbying vehicle that allows members to make their voice count on key policy issues with their legislators at the State Capital.
